LIFE IS CRUEL TO BASILIA BELOUSHI is the story of three sisters’ reunion, that have become distant over the years. They reunite for the 80th birthday of their mother, Basilia, a woman that dementia is making her act child-like. Their meeting brings them in front of secrets and traumas of the past, as well as the responsibility of taking care of their mother.
